1、自我介绍

①Good morning/afternoon ,my dear professors.

It’s my pleasure to be here for this interview.

②My name is XXX，

which is the same with Film Star Fanwei .I am

24 years old, born in Xiaogan, Hubei province .

③I am curruently an undergraduate at Hubei university of Science

and Engineering ,my major is Pharmacy.

④For

the past year, I had been preparing for the post-graduate

examination,at the same time , I taught medicinal chemistry at Health school of Xianning.

⑤I

am a Sunny boy ,my character is positive and open-minded,

sometimes I am a little lovely.

⑥During

my spare time , I have many interests like many other

youngsters. I am good at Basketball, which is most popular and full of energy. Besides, my height is suitable for this sport .The most exciting time are girls screaming for me when I score during the basketball match. I love this feeling and wil try my best to gain more.

⑦Also if there is something happy, I will sing songs to express my

mood at that moment(Song:For example Love story、Need you now

It’s a quarter after one, I’m all alone and I need you now󰀀).

⑧Chemistry is my favorite course during my college years, organic

chemistry was considered as the most difficult course in our class at the first year, but I am so fascinated by it. When I understand one reaction mechanism, I feel a little proud of myself. Gradually, I found myself like thinking.

⑨I always believe that a man will easily lag behind unless he keeps

learning.

⑩Thus, if I were given a chance to study medicinal chemistry in this

famous University, I will spare no efforts to do research on my favorite subject.

2.我的大学

①Hubei university of Science and Engineering is an ordinary

university in Hubei province, it locates at XianNing，which is 80 kilometers from wuhan, the capital city of Hubei province ,also xianning is the South Gate of Hubei province.

②Our college was founded in 1965,

we called Xianning University a

year ago，but now it officially changes its name .The Campus area is about 1800 mu，The campus is always full of comfortable smell (osmanthus（ [ɔz'mænθəs] fragrance) all year.

③Last year ,our college established a diabetes research center, which

does some research about diabetes, the center comprises Chutian

scholar zouminghui ,who is Medical academy of sciences of United States.

④With efforts of generations,the college is becoming into a

comprehensive University Now.

3.我的家乡

①I am from a historic city with Filial piety culture,which there is a

filial son Dongyong who lived there 1900 years ago. There is a legend about Dongyong who sells himself to bury his father moving the god.Therefore later generations name our hometown Xiaogan which means to move the god by filial piety.

②Xiaogan is the Northeast of Hubei province, close to the capital city

Wuhan, there are 5.28 million people in xiaogan now.

③Xiaogan

is also a tourist city, there are many beautiful scenery,

contains Tangchi Hotspring locating near my home which is worth touring on holiday、The Shuangfeng Mountain is another beautiful places.If you come to Xiaogan , I am very happy to be your guider to appreciate these places.I think the city really deserves travelling as your good choice.

4.我的家庭

In my family, there are three members which is a standard family.My

father is a worker in the local brewery, he is a hardworking and honest man, while my mother had done some business ever, but she loves me so much that she gives up his own career to look after me, she is a great mother.During my growing experience, my parents' love and support are always my best power. They often say \"Son, Father and Mother are always behind you! Never say give up easily\" I love my parents too, and I will make my parents be proud of me. Harmonious atmosphere in our family brings up my positive and open—minded character and elegant behaviors.

5.研究生期间的计划

If I get the chance to study medicinal chemistry in Nankai University. I will cherish this opportunity to concentrate on the learning and do research at my favourite field.

First,I hope I can form systematic knowledge of medicinal chemistry, lay a solid foundation for my further study;

second, I would like to do some practical work with the help of my supervisor, from this I can get something that I can't acquire from our textbooks.

Thirdly,I will continue my English learning ,pass the examination of TOFFL, and acquire the opportunity to go abroad for further study. I believe my dream will finally come true through 3 years learning at

Nankai University.If possible, I will go on with my study for the Doctor's degree.

6.考研的原因

There are several reasons accounting for my endeavor.

First of all, Nankai University is always my dream college, I have been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere. In my opinion, as one of the most famous Universities in our country ,it provides persons with enough room to grow up.

The second, I am eager for doing research in the medicinal chemistry during my lifetime, I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision.

At last, I learnt a lot from my teaching jobs during the past year, However, I think further study is still urgent for me to realize the self-value. Life is precious, it is necessary to seize any chance for self-development, especially in this competitive modern world. I believe the post-graduate program can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future job. That’s my simple reasons.

7.对天津的映像

Tianjin is the biggest coastal city, there are many beautiful scenery in

this city. (Like Binjiangdao、Panshan、Guwenhuajie),but I have no chance to go these places until now.

Also the people here are very polite and kind-hearted. Two days ago, it was the first time I come to Tianjin , as a stranger, I missed my way in busy streets, however, I easily found my right way with the help of several local persons, I appreciated them, but all of them just used“it is my pleasure” to respond me.

The friendly people in tianjin give me a good impression.

8. 谈谈你对某件事正面反面的看法

As for preparing for the post-graduate examination，it has two sides. The positive side，it will make me study hard to learn more about medicinal chemistry,and become easier to acquire the opportunity to realize my dream.

But the disadvantage side,I will stay at the college for another 3years, and lose some social experiences or some potential jobs,at the same time it will add the burden of my family.

9.有机化学实验

As a student of Pharmacy, experiment is essential to examine the extent of the theoretical knowledge. I was accustomed to do

experiment by myself during studying these courses. （Synthesis of Aspirin）

①The esterification of salicylic acid

Added salicylic acid, acetic anhydride and concentrated sulfuric acid into three necked flask,then stirring for 30 minutes at 70°C ,stopped and cooled the reaction mixture,poured into cold water,waited until the crystal appeared, then filtered, the crude product was obtained.

②The refinement of Aspirin

Added the crude product and ethanol, mixed and heated until Aspirin was dissolved, then cooled, added the active carbon and discolored for 30 minutes, then filtrated and poured into hot water, cooled to room temperature naturally, all the crystal was precipitated, and filtrated 、washed 、pressed until it was dry. The Aspirin was obtained finally.

10. 谈谈你的朋友

I have three best friends now, two boys and a girl, one of the boy is the student of Huazhong Agriculture University, we recognized each other during the high school, we share the same interests and dreams. Both of us like playing basketball,have the same goal of our lives.

The other boy is my roommate during college, he is a humorous boy ,he always makes friends laugh.

The girl is lovely and active, she sometimes makes you happy, but sometimes makes you upset.

They are all my friends, my life is colourful because of them.

During the past four years, I have learned many courses, which contains The higher mathematics, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry,biological chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical Analysis, medicinal

chemistry ,natural medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical English and so on.

12.大学所获奖励

Since I come to college, I join The Youth League committee；two years later, I was appointed as vice secretary of the Youth League committee by the teacher.

During the work in it ,I gained the title of \"outstanding communist youth work\";A year later, I got the title of \"outstanding communist party member\";

During the study in the college, I had got \"second-class scholarship\" twice;I gained \"three good student\" twice;In march, 2009, I get certificate of college English band four ;In October, 2009, I get certificate of college English band six.

About social practice ,In June ,2011, I got \"xianning college case analysis\" first prize ; In june -October,2010，we do Social Practice Activities about safe use of medicine ，finally we won the title of \"college students' social practice excellence team \" .

13.专业技能

I possess good computer skills, and grasp the software of office on the computer ,as for the common failures appeared on computer，I can maintain and deal with it.I can use English skilly, and master the basic English ability , communicate with a foreigner for half a year ever, and can find and understand foreign documents.
