国际结算单证中心正式成立-f

2010年12月28日，中国农业银行国际结算单证中心正式成立。国际结算单证中心的成立，是农业银行国际业务发展历史上具有里程碑意义的一件大事,标志着农业银行国际业务的技术支持系统迈上一个新的台阶，国际业务运营管理水平达到一个新的高度。

国际结算单证中心使用农业银行自主研发的集中式国际结算业务处理系统。该系统具有影像扫描技术和工作流技术，与此同时，它采用点对点处理模式，统一全行业务处理的流程和标准。该系统对农行创新国际结算业务经营管理模式、优化业务流程、提高对客服务水平具有重大意义。

国际结算单证中心的成立，将实现农业银行国际结算业务运作模式由“分散处理”向“集中操作”的转变。农业银行将分阶段、有步骤地实施单证集中处理，建设集约化的国际结算单证处理体系，更好地为客户提供国际结算服务。

The International Settlement and Documents Center of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC) was officially established on December 28, 2010. The establishment of this center is a milestone event in the history of ABC’s international business development, showing ABC’s technological support system for international business

has been upgraded to a new level and its management standards of international operation have reached a new height.

The International Settlement and Documents Centre adopts ABC’s independently developed centralized international settlement business processing system. The system involves image scan technology and workflow technology. Meanwhile, it adopts point-to-point processing model and unifies the processes and standards for business processing within the bank. This system is of great significance for ABC to innovate the management model of international settlement business, optimize business processes and improve customer service standards.

The establishment of this center will realize the transformation of the ABC international settlement business operating mode from “Decentralized Processing” into “Centralized Operation”. ABC will perform centralized processing of documents by phases and by step to build an intensified international settlement and documents processing system and provide better international settlement service for customers.
