摘要：A pressure control valve provided on a terminal plate of a capacitor includes afilter, a valve body and a cap. The filter is provided so as to close a through-holedisposed in a terminal plate and is composed of a gas permeable sheet preventing
permeation of the electrolyte solution. The valve body formed of an elastic material hasa cylindrical part and a bottom part, and is disposed so that the bottom part covers thethrough-hole of the terminal plate. The cap is fixed to the terminal plate, covers the valvebody and holds the valve body in a composed state with respect to the terminal plate.The cap is provided with a vent hole. The valve body and the filter are provided apartfrom each other.
