摘要:Advertising revenue may be optimized by selecting an advertisement to displayto a user based at least in part on the user's browsing history and a revenue model

associated with the advertisement. For example, if the user has a relatively high clickingfrequency on advertisements, then pay-per-click advertisements may be selected forpresentation to the user rather than pay-per-impression advertisements. Revenuemodel-based advertisement selection may be combined with other advertisingtechniques, such as targeting.
