Test 1 String the Block in Ordinary Sequence (Mast Type:A)

1. Preparation Requirement

3) Fasten ( Fasten dead line 3 rounds around pulley of dead line anchor, tight it with pressboard, screw up 6 studs. Tie 300mm long steel line to the dead line end with 2 line clamps, interval between 2 clamps is 50mm. Pull out live end of drill line from inside hole of drawworks drum, pull through lock plate, tie 100mm long steel line to the live end with 2 line clamps, interval between 2 clamps is 50mm) . (2) Instructions of Test Rules

1) Test Officer will stop the assessment,if employee operates against rules. 2) Full mark of this test is 100 points, the test result will add to group test result as per its proportion.

3) Test type: operation test, evaluating according to operation procedures.

4) Test purpose: this test is to test employee’s skill of stringing the Block in ordinary sequence. 3. Test Time
