The compound of the present invention has a superiortachykinin receptor antagonistic action, particularly an SP receptor antagonistic action,and is useful as a pharmaceutical agent, for example, a tachykinin receptor antagonist, anagent for the prophylaxis or treatment of an abnormality of lower urinary tract functions,a digestive organ disease or a central nerve disease, and the like.
