This Bond/Guarantee shall become effective from (Effective Date) and expire on (Expiry Date) at the latest. Consequently, any demand for payment under this Bond/Guarantee must be received by us at our office on or before that date. Upon expiry，this Bond/Guarantee shall automatically become null and void whether or not it is returned to us for cancellation.
This Bond/Guarantee is subject to the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees, ICC Publication No.458.
