摘要： a method and composition improving the level of expression has beendeveloped from a gene or a collection of genes, of generating a new baculoviruspromoter which is fixed a heterologous gene. The new promoter may contain amodification of a natural viral promoter, or may be entirely synthetic. Said newbaculovirus promoter may also comprise a combination of promoter such as a dualpromoter start site, or a combination of two different promoters. The invention alsoconcerns the establishment of a foreign gene in a new location or a new genomicorientation.
