摘要：Constructional toy has one set of components with slotted edges and anotherwith a compressible inner layer. The toy has two sorts of pieces - one (6, 7, 14, 15) solidwith slots (2, 2') along their outer edges and flat surfaces, and the other (8 - 13), shaped
to engage with the slots and made from two layers of wood and an inner layer of acompressible elastic material such as a foam or natural or synthetic rubber. Both sorts ofpieces can be made from a plastic material instead of wood, with those having thecompressible inner layer being slightly thicker than the slots so they have to becompressed to insert them. The pieces can be made in a variety of shapes and colors.
