摘要：The new compounds, defined as thieno-benzodiazepinones, are represented bythe general formula I, (FORMULA) wherein Rs represents a hydrogen atom or an alkylresidue from Cu to Cu, Rs represents a halogen atom or has the same representation asRs, and Rs represents a halogen atom or a group-N (Rs)Rs, wherein Rs represents an alkylresidue from Cu to Cu or an alkenyl residue from Cu to Cu and wherein Rs has one of therepresentations of Rs or represents a group having the partial formula -(CHu)u-N (Rs)Rs,or wherein Rs and Rs in common, including the nitrogen atom to which they are bound,represent a morpholino, pyrrolidino, piperidino group, a hexa-hydro-azepin-1-yl group, apiperazine-1-yl group optionally substituted in position 4 by methyl or ethyl or benzyl, a2, 4-dimethyl-piperazine-1-yl group or an hexa-hydro-1H-1, 4-diazepin-1-yl groupsubstituted in position 4 by methyl or ethyl, the symbol Rs representing an alkyl group inCu to Cu and Rs representing an alkyl group in Cu to Cu, the symbol A of the formula Irepresents an alkylen group with a straight or branched chain Cu to Cu and the symbol mhereabove is 2 or 3; their addition salts may also be formed. All these compounds exhibita pharmacologic activity for the protection of the stomach and intestine organs and aretherefore appropriate for the treatment of diseases affecting the stomach or intestine
organs; these compounds may also be used as intermediary products. There are alsodisclosed methods for the preparation of said new compounds which exhibit aninteresting pharmacological activity and also form intermediary products.
