摘要：Near the combination of mass flows from the multi-channel extrusion nozzle(5), a guide beam is included. Two adjacent flow channels connected to their respectivesupply lines conduct the differently colored mass flows into the multi-channel extrusionnozzle. The flows, initially separated widen out to the exit edges of the nozzle and areled past, over two different surfaces of the guide beam. An Independent claim is includedfor the corresponding method of making the sheet. Preferred features: A variant basedon the foregoing principles is described. Flow channels guiding upper sheets or over-coating materials in the front region of the multichannel extrusion nozzle. They borderon each other and extend over individually predetermined widths substantially coveringthe full width of the nozzle, with a similar arrangement for the substrate sheet material.The multi-channel extrusion nozzle comprises four or more stacked plates. Between eachpair there is a flow channel, separated at the rear. Further variants and details areprovided. An embossing machine follows the nozzles, conferring at least two differentpatterns to the product, using a roller with differing adjacent patternings. An
intermediate heater adjusts the extrudate transverse temperature profile. Smoothing
and/or embossing and cooling rollers (6, 7, 7') are included between extrusion and theembossing unit.
