摘要：A spill-plate housing protectively encloses a cable carriage including a pulley toform a reverse bend in a cable having one end connected to a mining machine while thecable extends along the internal duct in the housing. A tension reel includes a ropecoupled to the cable carriage for advancing movement thereof within the spill-platehousing. The tension reel is supported at the end of the spill-plate housing opposite theend thereof from which the cable emerges. The cable includes an electrical power cableand hose which are separately carried by grooves in the pulley which may consist of twoseparate pulleys.
