沥青路面高温稳定性预测模型的建立

摘要:针对沥青路面的高温稳定性,目前大部分的研究方式主要有建立蠕变柔量、
各种力学方程等来进行。在理论上,建立的对应各种破坏形式的路用模型,都是针对设计年限内路面非破坏条件下进行测试和评价的。所以无论建立何种模型,必须能够保证建立的模型和路用性能有很好的相关性。本文针对沥青路面常规破坏形式中的车辙进行预测模型建立的简单分析。
在设计期限内沥青路面承受交变载荷作用,造成材料损伤产生裂纹并不断扩展,从而整体结构性能的部分失效会使结构在荷载的作用下产生的响应特性有所变化。于是考虑建立蠕变损伤函数。为了简便处理,考虑利用疲劳损伤函数作为蠕变函数。待理论进一步成熟后建立单独的蠕变损伤函数,或者建立蠕变—疲劳损伤函数。

Abstract
Presently, for high temperature stability of asphalt pavement, majority of the research methods are established on creep compliance or a variety of mechanical equations. In theory, various relevant forecast road model based on nondestructive-state during design lifetime of the road were applied to prediction and estimate. Therefore, no matter what kind of model, it must ensure good correlation between the model and road performance. In this paper, aimed at rutting failure, as a conventional damage of asphalt pavement, a simple prediction model analysis is carried out.
During design lifetime of asphalt pavement, material damage is caused by alternating load exerted on the road with cracks formation and continuous development, and then partial failure of the overall structure properties will lead to change of the structure response characteristics when load act on it. So the establishment of creep damage function is considered. The fatigue damage function could be taken as the creep function for simplicity. Then separate creep damage can be set after theory becomes more mature, or creep - fatigue damage function.
