垃圾自动分类系统

现如今，如何更好的进行垃圾分类已经成为环保业的头等大 事，现实生活中人们对垃圾分类的意识比较淡薄，很多人不会主 动的垃圾分类。此款分类垃圾桶就是为了解决这个问题而设计的。 此款垃圾桶不止会给人们的生活带来便利，而且对环保也有很好 的促进作用。

背景技术

生活在今天的经济社会中，我们不难看到很多人的环保意识 在不

断下降，生活垃圾随处可见，垃圾不仅在影响着我们的市容 市貌，更重要的是不断的影响着我们的生活环境，更有其者已经 在影响着我们的生命，设计此垃圾桶将有效的提高垃圾的回收和 再利用。

我们知道垃圾无外乎就那么多种，譬如金属、塑料、废纸、 还有一些不可回收的生活垃圾。次垃圾桶就是利用垃圾的性质， 将垃圾进行自动分类。提高垃圾的回收和利用。装置系统中釆用 判别的方式进行分类，用YES和NO的形式。比如垃圾是否是金 属，是则让它运转到相应的垃圾装置中，是否是可圧缩垃圾，是 则转到该分类的装置，不是则继续向下分类，以此类推，实现将 垃圾分类。

就我而知，LI前市场上自动分类的垃圾桶少之乂少，而且价 格昂贵，次设讣采用实用且便宜的材料做成，比如桶壁用木材或 者硕化塑料来做，总之，此款设讣是面向大众，争取每个人都能 使用的起。

发明内容

第一、分类判断模块：使用下述原理共将垃圾分为四类：塑料、 玻璃、金属及其他：

1. 用金属探测器检测金属

2. 分析敲击模块采集的声音信号频率特性，检测判断塑料、

玻璃和其它类

3. 用行程开关检测可压缩性，可压缩垃圾认为是其他类 第

二、压缩模块：将投入的垃圾压缩，方便敲击采集声音； 第三、是敲击模块：敲击垃圾体表材料，迫使被测物振动， 收集声音信号，送入分类判断模块；

第四、分类执行模块：根据分类判断模块的信号反馈，将垃 圾按送入相应垃圾桶内

第五、下压刮板模块：辅助分类筛选，并帮助粘性垃圾 入

桶。

工作一分类完成 模块设计方案：

基于霍尔传感器原理的接近开关探测金属：利用敲击被测物 发声，使用特定装置（LABVIEW）釆集处理声音信号，对信号进行 时域与频域分析，区分玻璃、塑料和其它类；同时将体积过小的 垃圾和可压缩性好的包装袋（塑料袋、纸袋等）回收价值不大的 垃圾归作其它类垃圾处理。 执行模块的实现：

压缩模块：釆用往复移动的螺旋机构，该机构移动距离较短， 需要一定的夹紧力，原动机为旋转电动机可实现运动形式变换。 该机构实现较易，能初步对垃圾进行处理。

敲击模块：用往复摆动的形式敲击垃圾，使用摆动铁，由于 电动机转动噪音大，影响声音检测；电磁铁在转动过程中噪音小, 更有利于声音的采集和分析，为下一步的分辨做出准备，此外釆 用电磁铁的摆动，能检测出金属。

分类筛选模块：釆用往复移动同步带机构实现，该机构仅传 递运动，不需很大的力速度要求高，移动距离长定位要求高，使 用啮合传动。该机构实现两个重要功能，其一将垃圾分类，其二 根据垃圾的性质进行筛选。

模块的整合：极大模块之间山可编程控制器（PLC）进行控制。

总体设计基本就是如上所述，在实现方面就自身能力而言还有一 定的难度。在实现时着重的把每个模块进行有机的链接起来，使 他们能够自行运转，比如声音信号的釆集，PCL的控制。该设计还 可以扩展改进，可以加一部分降解垃圾的装备，或者把其中的电 能部分改为用垃圾桶壁太阳能充电的形式。总之此款设计会为人 类的生活带来诸多便利，也会对环保带来良性循环。
