摘要：A parcel shelf (20) for a mounting in a vehicle in which the rear seat (26) canmove slidably forwards or backwards within the cabin of the vehicle. The parcel shelf ismovable between a non-extended position, corresponding to a rear-most position of therear seat (26) and an extended position, corresponding to a forward-most position of therear seat (26). The parcel shelf (20), thereby, serves to maintain vehicle security byensuring that the luggage compartment of the vehicle is covered at all times whilst alsobeing aesthetically acceptable.
