摘要：A voltage reference circuit () is provided for producing a low temerature-coefficient analogue trim value. A pair of EEPROMs (and ) are arranged such that the trim
value is the difference between two EEPROM transistor threshold voltages. Thesubstantially temperature dependent components of threshold voltage cancel outleaving only the substantially temperature independent trim value. Therefor thetemperature coefficient of the voltage reference circuit () is negligible.
