摘要：An electronic apparatus system or monitoring health, security or safety includesa pet-type robot; human detecting device detecting that a person is within a
predetermined circumference of an electronic apparatus, such as a robot, and outputtingthe signal; access detecting device detecting access to the electronic apparatus; andaccess history storing device storing the output from the access detecting means. Theelectronic apparatus system also includes parameter storing device storing a parameterserving as a reference; and judging device making a judgment on health, security or safetyby comparing all or part of access histories obtained after the determination of theparameter with the parameter in the case that the person is detected within thepredetermined circumference of the electronic apparatus, or not making the judgmentwhere the person is not detected within the predetermined circumference of theelectronic apparatus, such as the robot.
