摘要：Supported transition metal catalysts are provided by a method comprisingimpregnating a catalyst support with a solution comprising a catalyst metal ion; at leastpartially drying the saturated catalyst support; admixing the dried catalyst support withsodium borohydride until the evolution of gas ceases, thereby obtaining an activesupported metal catalyst; and thereafter, recovering the active catalyst.
