摘要：Air mass flow sensor for use in a compact sensor module, links together twotemperature sensors (6,7) with two heat element sensors (4,5), that are arrangedadjacent to a measurement element with the temperature and heat sensors connectedto two independent bridge circuits (I, II), with the bridge resistances (R2, R5, R12, R15)integral to the sensor module together with a microprocessor (16). The microprocessoris used to improve measurement accuracy by use of known data for adjustmentpurposes. Independent claims are made for a process for adjustment of an air masssensor and signal analysis for an air mass sensor.
