粮食问题是世界各国的头等问题，粮食问题将影响到社会的和谐稳定。中国一直致力于将粮食问题将头等大事来抓。
目前中国粮食面临的问题有：1、全国粮食生产分布不均匀，粮食主产区主要集中在东北三省和长江中游地区。
2、全国大部分地区粮食种植比较单一，没有集中种植，抗虫抗灾能力较弱。 3、全国大部分地区粮食单产面积不高（如云南、贵州），很大程度上制约了当地的农业发展。
4、自然灾害对粮食生产影响很大，很多地方经常因干旱出现绝收。
粮食是一种具有战略意义的特殊商品,是战略的重要组成部分,也是国家经济发展的基础。粮食安全是关系到长治久安、社会稳定的大事，而耕地是粮食生产的主要载体。粮食的数量和质量是粮食生产能力的核心要素，保护耕地就成为保障粮食安全的关键。本文分析了山东省粮食和耕地的历史与现状，山东省耕地面积的变化及其对粮食产量的影响。本文在分析山东省粮食安全的现状、未来趋势及其解决途径的基础上，指出解决山东省粮食安全问题的核心是保护耕地资源安全，实现耕地资源的可持续利用，以提高山东省粮食的综合生产能力，增加粮食有效供给。

The land resources and food security study of Shandong Province Abstract
Food is a special commodity of strategic significance, its national security strategy is an important part of the national economic development. Food safety is related to the long-term stability, social stability, a major event, and the arable land is the main vehicle for food production. The quantity and quality of food is a core element of food production capacity, the protection of arable land has become the key to food security. This paper analyzes the history and current situation of the food and arable land in Shandong province and the area of cultivated land changes and their impact on food production. Based on the analysis of Shandong Province, the status of food security, future trends and their solution on the basis of Shandong Province, pointed out that the solution to the core of the problem of food security is to protect the safety of arable land resources, to achieve the sustainable use of cultivated land resources in order to improve the comprehensive grain in Shandong Province production capacity and increase the effective supply of food.
