摘要：A current-conducting bearing or contact bearing includes contact- makingsurfaces of a bearing bolt and a shaft fashioned as an axial cone and a hollow cone,respectively. With a suitable choice of materials of the current conducting parts, such asspecial bronzes, an allowable current load of up to 200 amperes per square cm ispossible, compared to 4 amperes per square cm in the case of hard carbon and 25-30amperes per square cm in the case of bronze carbon of traditional brushes in slip rings ofelectric machines.
