Nowadays,smart phones have dawn the world closer together and provided people with a great many conveniences and a brilliant life.However,just as everything has two sides.It makes people overly dependent on their smart phones and then does a lot of harm to people .

What makes people overly dependent on smart phones?On the one hand,governments publish their lastest policies and decisions online for worldwide recognition.On the other hand,common folks like us also rely on the cyber world in various ways,for communication,entertainment,banking and shopping.

What harm does it do to people ?First of all,people who overly depend on smart phones tend to stay at their own fantasy world rather than communication with people around them.Then it will make communication between people less and less.Second,over-dependence on smart phones can also cause harm to people’bodies,because smart phones emit radiation waves at all times.Third,over-dependence on smart phones and staring at smart phones for a long time will make a lot of damages to people’eyes and affects people’mental state.

In a word,we need to control the time we spend on our smart phones and avoid over-dependence on smart phones.
