摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of reducing the number ofpixels which allows for acquisition of an image with high sense of resolution, whilereducing Moire more compared with the thinning technique.SOLUTION: An imagingelement includes a plurality of pixels, each having a photodiode and a MOS amplifier forreading the signal of the photodiode, arranged in matrix, a column signal lines outputtingthe signals of the plurality of pixels, and a selecting section capable of outputting thesignals of a predetermined number of pixels simultaneously to the column signal lines viathe MOS amplifier of each pixel. The MOS amplifier of at least one pixel, out of thepredetermined number of pixels simultaneously outputting signals to the column signallines, has oxide film thickness, gate length or gate width different from that of otherpixel.
