摘要：A water redispersible polymer powder is produced by drying an aqueousmixture of a high T carboxylated styrene butadiene polymer and a low T carboxylatedstyrene butadiene polymer, where the ratio of the mean or average particle size of thehigh T polymer to the particle size of the low T polymer is from 1:1 to 5:1, preferablyfrom 1:1 to 3:1, and the amount of the high T polymer is from 20wt.% to 35wt.%,preferably from 25wt.% to 30wt.%, based upon the total weight of the high T polymerand the low T polymer. Cement compositions such as mortars, which contain theredispersible polymer powder exhibit unexpectedly superior high bond strength andhigh impact resistance.
