摘要：Waffles for making ice cream cones are made in a carousel rotating about itscentral axis (2). Several circular waffle moulds (3) are mounted around the periphery ofthe carousel (1), which open to allow addition of batter (9) and removal of waffles. Eachmould is made of two parts (4 and 6) which cook the batter. The lower part is ribbed intwo perpendicular directions to create a grid waffle pattern and is fixed rigidly to thecarousel. The upper part (6) is smooth and can move on a hinge, relative to the lower.
