摘要：The present invention relates to an electrical power-steering apparatus, andparticularly, to an electrical power-steering apparatus that uses a worm gear to transferassistive steering force from a drive motor to an output shaft, wherein: a bearing at the
side opposite the drive motor is surrounded at the outer periphery thereof by a bearing-supporting member; a resilient ring member is coupled to an annular slot defined in theouter periphery of the bearing-supporting member; spherical bodies are configured tocontact each other in between the outer peripheries of the resilient ring member and thebearing, through a through-hole defined in one side of the outer periphery of thebearing-supporting member; and a worm gear preloading mechanism is provided so as toreduce the gap generated at the portion of the worm gear and reduce rattling noisescaused by the gap while improving assemblability at the same time.
