摘要：A laminated block formed by laminating sheet-like synthetic resin materials,
metal interlayers at least some of which have a heat pipe provided incorporated thereinand metal foils is formed in layers under pressure while the metal foil is being energized.The laminated block thus formed is then cooled under pressure by allowing the heatpipe-incorporated metal interlayers to cool. In this arrangement, the heat pipe canreduce the time required to cool the laminated block thus formed, making it possible toreduce the production lead time.
