摘要：The arms (4,5) of a U-shaped bracket (2) which extend from the ends of thebracket's middle part (3) each have a bearing (6,7) for a swivel axle (8). A load-suspensiondevice (13) fixed to the bracket is attached to the load. A U-shaped element (16) is
