摘要：The present invention is directed to a method of treating dry eye by instillingeyedrops of a composition containing a cationic cellulosic polymer. Such compositionshave been found to alleviate the symptoms of dry eye without requiring the presence ofanionic therapeutic agents. Low ionic strength solutions are particularly preferred.
