Dear Classmates,
Wow, can you believe we're actually finishing up 6th grade? It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny little kids walking into elementary school for the very first time. Remember how scared and excited we all were? The big kids seemed so grown up and the school was huge! But now here we are, the big kids who have grown up and are about to head off to middle school. Crazy how time flies, right?
I have so many amazing memories from our years together. Who could forget that time in 2nd grade when Tommy accidentally let the class pet hamster loose and we spent the whole day trying to catch it? Or in 4th grade when we went on that awesome field trip to the science museum and got to make our own lava lamps? Middle school better have some pretty cool field trips planned if they want to top that one!
Then there was the time Alex brought in those super sour candy warheads for the whole class to try. I thought my face was
going to get stuck in that crazy scrunched up position forever! We've shared so many laughs and made tons of great memories over the years. I'll never forget the fun we had at all our birthday parties and sleepovers too. Thanks for being such an awesome group of friends.
Of course, it hasn't been all games and good times. We've had our challenges too, like struggling through those timed multiplication tests (why did they have to make math so stressful?!) and writing the big annual book reports. Remember doing research at the library with those giant old encyclopedias? No wonder teachers say we had it so tough back then! At least now with Wikipedia, you guys in middle school will have it easier. Most of all, I'll never forget the wonderful teachers we've had at this school. They've encouraged us, supported us, and helped us grow so much over the past six years. A huge thank you to Mrs. Johnson for making reading fun, to Mr. Martinez for getting me excited about science, and to Ms. Baker for never giving up on teaching me fractions no matter how many times I got confused. You're the best and I'll really miss you all! As excited as I am to start this new journey into middle school, I also can't help but feel a little sad to be leaving elementary school behind. This place became like a second
home where we grew up together. It's the end of an era, but what an incredible era it's been! We've shared so many adventures, learned more than we could have imagined, and made friendships that will last forever.
No matter where life takes us from here, I know the lessons and bonds we formed will stay with us. While I'll miss running around on these playgrounds and walking through these hallways, I'm excited to take the next step in our academic journey together. Middle school, here we come!
I can't wait to see what the future has in store for our awesome class. Maybe one of us will write the next great novel, discover the cure for a disease, become a famous musician, or even travel to Mars! Nothing is off limits when you stick together, dream big, and work hard. I'm honored to have been on this journey with such a special group, and I can't wait to make more incredible memories with you all.
Thank you for making these past six years so amazing. No matter how much we all change and grow up, you'll always be my very first group of best friends. I'll never forget you! Here's to the future and sticking together through whatever comes next! Your friend always,

Dear Classmates,
Wow, I can't believe we're graduating from elementary school already! It feels like just yesterday we were those little kids showing up for our first day of kindergarten. Remember how scared and excited we all were? Who would have thought that six years could go by so fast?
I have so many amazing memories from our time together. Like that time in 1st grade when Tommy accidentally glued his hands to his head during arts and crafts. Or when we all performed \"The Elephant's Garden\" for the school play in 2nd grade - I'll never forget how proud I felt on that stage. Remember way back in 3rd grade when we went on that awesome field trip to the science museum and got to make our own lava lamps? So cool!
In 4th grade, our class really came together as a team to win that huge tug-of-war contest against the other 4th grade class. We pulled so hard but were such a united front that we couldn't be beaten! That just goes to show how our teachers were right when they said teamwork makes the dreamwork. 5th grade was
the year we all did so well on the standardized tests that we got to have that amazing pizza and ice cream party to celebrate. I've never eaten so much in my life!
Then this past year in 6th grade, our big milestone was finally being the oldest kids in the school. It was awesome being the lead performers in the annual talent show. Who could forget Billy's hilarious magic show or Jessica's beautiful ballet dance? I just loved being a role model for the little kindergarteners who looked up to us.
There are too many good times to count, from sleepovers and birthday parties to kickball games at recess and seemingly never-ending contests to see who could burp the loudest (Eleanor was the surprising champ)! I'm going to miss all of the laughter, fun, and silliness we shared together.
At the same time, I know we learned and grew so much thanks to the excellent teachers here who really cared about us. We mastered reading, writing, math, science, social studies, and so much more over these past six years. I'm proud of all of the hard work we put in and the knowledge we've gained to prepare us for middle school. While it was challenging at times, we stuck together and supported each other every step of the way.
I'll never forget the incredible friendships I made here. You guys are truly the best friends anyone could ask for. We've been through good times and bad times, but no matter what, we always had each other's backs. I hope you all know that I'll be here for you no matter where life takes us in the future. The bond between us is something special that can never be broken. Even though I'm going to miss this place like crazy, I'm also really excited to start the next chapter at middle school in the fall. Just think about all the amazing new experiences, classes, teachers, après clubs, and friends that are waiting for us! While change can be a little scary, I know we're all ready for it after the amazing foundation we got here.
To all my dear friends, thank you for making these past six years so incredible. You're the absolute best, and I'm so lucky to have been on this journey with you. While I'll miss seeing your bright, smiling faces every day, I know our friendship will continue for years and years to come. You all will always have a special place in my heart.
I'll end with one of my favorite Dr. Seuss quotes: \"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened.\" These elementary school years were something to really smile about. I can't wait to
make more wonderful memories with you all in middle school and beyond! Love always, [Your Name]

Dear Friends,
Can you believe we're finally graduating from elementary school? It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny kids walking through the doors on our very first day of kindergarten. Remember how scared and excited we all were? That first day was so overwhelming with all the new faces, big kids running around, and having no idea what to expect. But we got through it together and made it to the end!
We've been through so much over these past six years. All the fun class parties, crazy hat days, reading competitions, spelling bees, science fairs, and more. There are so many amazing memories I'll never forget. Like that time Billy bounced the kickball right off Mrs. Wilson's head during recess. Or when Jamal accidentally brought his pet frog to school and it got loose, causing pure chaos as we tried to catch it. Who could forget the massive cafeteria food fight sophomore year that got half the
grade suspended? Those were just some of the hilarious moments that made elementary unforgettable.
Then there were the tough times we had to overcome together too. Like when Tommy's dad passed away and we all came together to support him. Or when the tornadoes hit and we had to spend weeks cleaning up the school grounds afterwards. Struggles like those are what created the tight bond between all of us. We learned that no matter what difficulties come our way, we can get through anything as a team.
Most importantly, these years allowed us to create lifelong friendships that will transcend elementary school. Jesse, you were the first person to welcome me on the playground way back on day one, and you've been my best friend ever since. Alexa, you always had my back and stuck up for me when I was getting picked on. Tyler, you helped me overcome my fear ofmath through all your tutoring sessions. Olivia, you could always make me laugh with your hilarious impersonations of the teachers. Emily, you set an amazing example of kindness that I strived to follow. The list could go on and on - there are so many incredible individuals in our class who have touched my life forever.
To our teachers - Mrs. Allen, Mr. Roberts, Mrs. Garcia, Mr. Thompson and all the others - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You put up with us at our craziest, pushed us to work hard, nurture our talents, and prepare us for the future. The impact you've had on us goes far beyond academics. We'll never forget the life lessons you taught us about friendship,
perseverance, integrity and becoming good people. You are the unsung heroes who have helped shape who we are today.
While I'm incredibly excited to start a new chapter at middle school next year, I'm going to miss elementary terribly. This place became a second home where I had some of the best times of my childhood. Walking down these hallways one last time, seeing my locker decorated with photos from over the years, it's hard to believe this era is coming to an end.
So to all my friends, let's soak up every last moment together. When we walk across that stage at graduation, let's do it with our heads held high, proud of how far we've come. The friendships and memories formed here will be something we cherish forever, no matter how old we get or how far life takes us. We'll always have this unbreakable bond from our years at Oakwood Elementary.
It was an incredible journey, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for our class. While I'll miss this place with my whole heart, we have so many more adventures ahead of us. No matter what lies ahead, I know we'll always have each other's backs. The lessons we learned in these rooms and on these playgrounds will forever guide us in becoming our best selves. Thank you, Oakwood, for shaping us into who we are today. This may be goodbye for now, but it's not forever. I have a feeling our paths will all cross again someday, and we'll get to recreate the magic of these beautiful elementary school days. Your friend always, [Your Name]

Dear Classmates,
Can you believe we're finally graduating from elementary school? It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny
kindergartners, scared to be away from our parents but excited to start a new adventure. Now here we are, the big kids on campus, getting ready to move on to middle school!
I have so many awesome memories from our years together. Remember back in 1st grade when we went on that field trip to the fire station? I'll never forget when they let us try on those huge firefighter coats and hats. We all looked so silly and could barely walk around! And who could forget our 2nd grade class play? I was stuck playing a tree because I forgot all my lines during rehearsals. At least I was the best tree actor our stage had ever seen!
Do you guys recall our epic double dutch competition in 3rd grade? We practiced jumping rope at every recess for weeks leading up to it. I still have rope burn scars from getting whacked by those fast-spinning ropes. It was all worth it though when our squad won the championship! We celebrated with so many high fives and snack packs of cookies. Those were the days. Fourth grade brought our first overnight field trip to the science museum and planetarium. I don't think any of us slept a wink that night, we were too busy giggling and having unlimited prank wars. Do you remember the world's biggest burping contest me and Jake had on the bus ride home? Disgusting, but it kept us totally entertained for hours.
Then there was that horrible bout of lice that spread through our whole class in 5th grade. I've never seen so many people get
their heads checked and picked through. At least it gave us all an excuse to stay home from school and binge watch TV shows for a week straight!
And finally, this last year in 6th grade... I'll never forget the book club we formed and how every month we picked crazy, made-up awards for each book's main characters like \"Best Sarcastic Sidekick\" or \"Most Unnecessary Angsty Monologues\". Our classroom felt like one big hilarious comedy show thanks to that club.
It really hits me that after this summer, we'll all be split up into different middle schools, making new friends and facing new challenges. I'm equal parts sad and excited to see where this next chapter leads. No matter what though, I'll never forget the amazing crew of people I've been so lucky to have as classmates these past six years.
You guys are quite simply the best. The constant laughs, adventures, and core memories we've made together will stay with me forever. Thanks for showing me what true friendship is all about - funny, honest, supportive, and absolutely bonkers in the best way possible. Wherever we all end up, our bond can never be broken.
I'll miss seeing your smiling (or sauce-covered) faces every day, hearing your voices, and just being around such a brilliant, caring, insane group. But I'm also thrilled to see what incredible things each of you are destined to accomplish. The world better watch out, because this class is about to take it by storm! I'll end with one last classic joke, something to make you chuckle one more time before we go our separate ways: Why did the kid throw the clock out the window? To see time fly!
Hahaha, got it? Okay, okay, I know it was a groaner. But do me a favor - every time you hear a pun that bad from here on out, think of me and smile.
I love you all. Thank you for making my elementary days so amazingly epic and unforgettable. This isn't goodbye, it's see you later!
Your friend always, [Your Name]

Dear Friends,
Can you believe we're graduating from elementary school already? It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny kids wandering the halls on our first day, clutching our parents' hands and feeling scared but excited. Now look at us - we're the big kids on campus! We've grown up so much over these past six years.
I have so many amazing memories from our time together. Remember back in 1st grade when we went on that field trip to the science museum? I'll never forget the look of wonder on everyone's faces as we watched that tornado form in the giant glass tube. Or how about the time in 3rd grade when we did that huge play of The Lion King for our families? I was so nervous being Mufasa but you all cheered me on. I felt like a real star! Do you remember all the crazy things we did at recess over the years? Running around playing tag and freeze dance, conditioning our bodies for the Winnipeg Winter Olympics. Practicing trick shots in basketball from opposite ends of the court. Having battles over who could do the sickest moves on the monkey bars. So many scraped knees and torn pants from all our adventures!
I think back so fondly on our class Halloween parties too. Remember how Ms. Thompson would decorate the whole room
to look like a haunted house and we'd all come in our costumes? One year you came as a giant M&M, Emily, and I was cracking up every time I looked at you. Or two years ago when half the class was Fortnite characters - I still have no idea who you were supposed to be, Jacob!
Of course, we can't forget about the dreaded standardized tests. I remember we would all be so nervous in the weeks leading up to the exams, despite Ms. Thompson reminding us not to stress. We'd spend hours upon hours practicing reading comprehension and math skills. Then we'd wake up early on test days, barely able to eat our breakfasts from the butterflies in our stomachs. But we'd get through it together, and inevitably do way better than we thought. Those treats from Ms. T at the end made it all worth it!
There are too many inside jokes, silly games, and memorable moments to possibly recount them all here. Just know that each and every one of you will always hold a special place in my heart. We've been through so much together these past six years. We've learned, grown, and molded one another into the people we are today.
As excited as I am to start fresh at middle school next year, I'm going to miss walking these elementary school halls. I'm
going to miss seeing your friendly, familiar faces each morning. Most of all, I'm going to miss being together with my second family - you, my amazing group of classmates and friends. I know we'll all be going our separate ways after the summer. Some of you are staying in the area while others are moving across the country or world. No matter how far apart we may become, I hope you'll always remember the incredible bond we shared. The memories we created here will last forever.
While I'm sad to bid farewell to this chapter of our lives, I'm also beaming with pride over how much we accomplished. We're no longer the little kids who started kindergarten together. Now we're mature, intelligent, curious young adults ready to take on the world. Our elementary days have prepared us for whatever comes next.
So to my dear friends - Aisha, Brianna, Carlos, Devin, Emily, Jacob, Michaela, and everyone else - thank you. Thank you for the laughs, the adventures, the life lessons. Thank you for helping me grow into the person I am today. I wish you all nothing but success, happiness, and fulfillment in the next phase of your journeys.
This isn't a permanent goodbye. I know our paths will cross again someday. But until we meet again, I'll carry the joyful
memories of our friendship wherever I go. You all mean the world to me. Love always, [Your Name]
