Dear Classmates,

It's hard to believe that after six wonderful years together, our elementary school days are coming to an end. As I look back on all the memories we've made, from our first day of

kindergarten to our last day of 6th grade, I'm filled with so many emotions. Excitement for the future, sadness to be leaving this chapter behind, but most of all, gratitude for each and every one of you.

Do you remember how scared we all were on that first day of kindergarten? We were just little kids, clutching our parents' hands, trying not to cry as we said goodbye. But then we met our teacher, Mrs. Johnson, with her warm smile and kind eyes. She made us feel safe and welcome in our new classroom home. And before we knew it, we were all friends, playing together at recess and sharing our snacks.

Those early years flew by in a blur of learning our ABCs, counting, and drawing pictures of our families. We had so much

fun at our very first holiday party, dressing up in our Halloween costumes and bobbing for apples. Who could forget the time Billy got his head stuck in the bucket? We all laughed so hard, even though we felt bad for him. That's when I knew we were going to be friends for life.

As we moved up to the older grades, our lessons got harder but our bonds grew stronger. We struggled through long division and writing essays together. We cheered each other on at the annual field days and talent shows. Remember when we all performed that crazy synchronized dance routine and absolutely nailed it? The crowd went wild!

We've seen each other through good times and hard times over these past six years. When Suzy's dog passed away, we all made her sympathy cards covered in paw prints to make her feel better. And when Michael's parents got divorced, we looked out for him on the playground to make sure he wasn't too sad. We took care of each other like a family.

There were times we fought and didn't get along, feeling jealous or left out. But we always found a way to make up, apologize, and forgive each other. We learned that friendship is stronger than any argument or misunderstanding. Our favorite

teachers helped guide us through those rough patches, showing us the importance of kindness, empathy and including everyone. I'll never forget the field trips we took to museums, zoos and theaters over the years. Seeing incredible things with my best friends by my side made the experiences even more special. Who could forget the time the bird show went wrong at the zoo and a parrot landed right on Tommy's head? We laughed about that for weeks! Or when we saw that amazing performance of The Nutcracker ballet and dreamed of being dancers ourselves someday.

As I think about starting middle school without all of you, I already miss the way things are. I'll miss scoring the winning goal at our kickball games while you cheered me on from the field. I'll miss the buzz of concentration during indoor recess as we played our favorite board games and videogames, negotiating rules and making fun trash talk. I'll miss passing notes to my best friends, doodling in the margins and making silly inside jokes. Most of all, I'll miss seeing your bright, smiling faces each morning as we gathered for circle time.

While I'm sad to be leaving elementary school behind, I know we have so many more adventures waiting for us. We'll go to different middle schools, make new friends, and start

discovering who we are as individuals. But I hope we'll always remain close and remember our roots and where we came from. This little elementary school helped shape us into the people we are today through its lessons, caring teachers, and the values it instilled in us.

No matter how old we get or where life takes us, I'll always remember this special place and these special people - my very first friends. You helped me through my darkest days and celebrated with me during my happiest moments. You made me laugh until my stomach hurt and picked me up when I fell down. You encouraged me to believe in myself, work hard, and follow my dreams.

Thank you for being you - those silly, fun, weird, unique individuals who made coming to school every day an adventure. We've been through so much together already, and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for the Class of 2024.

This isn't goodbye, it's see you later. The world better watch out, because here we come! Your friend always, [Your name]

Dear Classmates,

Wow, can you believe it? We've finally made it to the end of elementary school! It feels like just yesterday we were all nervous little kids walking through those big doors on our very first day of kindergarten. Do you remember how tiny our backpacks looked compared to us back then? And how excited yet terrified we were to be in a new place without our parents? Those early days were definitely an adventure!

We've come such a long way since those kindergarten days. We've learned how to read, write, add, subtract, and so much more. Remember when we struggled to hold a pencil properly and write our names? Now we can draft entire essays and stories! We've grown from kids who knew little about the world to students brimming with knowledge about history, science, literature, and more.

Our journey through elementary school has been full of ups and downs, laughs and tears, triumphs and failures. We've cheered each other on at field days and console done another after losing spelling bees. We've collaborated on big projects and group assignments. We've made so many wonderful memories together.

I'll never forget that time we all dressed up as our favorite book characters for the reading festival parade. Seeing you stride proudly as Harry Potter, Katniss Everdeen, and other beloved literary heroes was priceless. Or how about our incredible team victory at the district math competition last year? We worked so hard prepping for that and our teamwork really paid off. Things like that made me proud to be part of our class.

We've had our fair share of heartaches too. When Tommy's dog passed away, we all rallied around him to provide comfort. When the big tornado ripped through town two years ago, we collected supplies as a class for those who lost their homes. Tough times like that made me realize how caring and resilient we can be when we pull together.

Most importantly, we've forged incredible bonds of friendship over these past six years. We started off as strangers, but soon became a tightknit group that looks out for one another. We've made so many inside jokes and shared so many secrets. You guys really are my second family! I'll cherish the times we spent talking, playing, and just being kids forever. As we get ready to move on to middle school, I know things will be different. We'll face new challenges, from harder classes to dealing with the social pressures of young adulthood. Our

friend group may change and shift as we gravitate towards new interests and crowds. No matter what though, I hope we'll always look back fondly on the wonderful times we've had together here in elementary school.

These walls have provided us a nurturing place to grow, learn, and become who we are today. Even as we spread our wings and fly off to new adventures, may the lessons and values we've gained here stay with us. May we continue supporting each other, celebrating each other's successes, and picking each other up when we falter. Most of all, may our spirits of curiosity, kindness, and joy persist for years to come.

I'm going to miss seeing your smiling faces in the hallways and on the playground every day. But I have faith that the future holds such incredible things for our class. Scientists, writers, athletes, artists, leaders...we're destined to achieve amazing things! Whatever paths we end up taking, I hope we'll remain friends for life and keep looking out for one another. Thank you for an unforgettable elementary school

experience, filled with so much laughter, growth, and wonderful memories. You all mean the world to me. Though we may be parting ways for now, the bond between us is forever. I'll miss you all!

Love,

[Your Name]

Dear Friends,

As we bid farewell to our elementary school days, I can't help but feel a mix of emotions – nostalgia, excitement, and a tinge of sadness. These past six years have been an incredible journey, filled with countless memories that will forever be etched in our hearts.

Remember our first day of school? We were a bunch of wide-eyed, nervous little kids, clutching our backpacks tightly, unsure of what to expect. But it didn't take long for us to forge friendships that would stand the test of time. From sharing our snacks during recess to playing tag on the playground, we created bonds that will forever be cherished.

Who could forget the countless class projects we worked on together? Remember how we stayed up late, crafting those intricate dioramas or rehearsing our lines for the school play? We learned the value of teamwork and how to support each other through thick and thin.

And let's not forget the field trips! Those were the highlights of our school year. Whether it was exploring the museum, visiting the fire station, or hiking through the woods, we always had a blast. Those adventures broadened our horizons and ignited our curiosity about the world around us.

As we prepare to embark on a new chapter in our lives, let's take a moment to appreciate how far we've come. From learning to read and write to mastering complex equations, we've grown leaps and bounds, both academically and personally.

To my dear friends, thank you for being an integral part of this incredible journey. Your laughter, your kindness, and your unwavering support have made these past six years truly unforgettable. While we may be parting ways, the memories we've created together will forever bind us.

As we step into the exciting world of middle school, let's embrace the unknown with open arms. Let's continue to support each other, encourage each other, and lift each other up. The future is bright, and together, we can conquer any challenge that comes our way.

So, let's raise a glass (or a juice box, if you prefer) to our time in elementary school. Here's to the memories we've made, the lessons we've learned, and the friendships that will last a lifetime.

Forever your friend, [Your Name]

Dear Friends,

I can't believe the time has finally come for us to graduate from elementary school. It feels like just yesterday we were starting kindergarten, scared but excited to begin this journey together. Now here we are, six years later, about to move on to the next big adventure of middle school.

I have so many wonderful memories from our time at Oakdale Elementary that I will cherish forever. Remember that first day of kindergarten when we all had to go around the circle and introduce ourselves? I was so nervous, but you all made me feel welcome right away. Little did I know that many of you would become some of my closest friends.

Who could forget the excitement of our first field trip to the science museum in 1st grade? We thought we were such grown-ups, going on a trip without our parents. And then there was the sheer terror of having to do the rhythmic gymnastics unit in PE that year. I'm still traumatized from having to perform

my routine with that rainbow streamer in front of the whole class!

2nd grade will always stick out in my mind as the year I finally started to get the hang of this whole reading thing. Remember how proud we all felt when we graduated from the easy reader books to chapter books? That sense of accomplishment studying hard and mastering new skills is something I'll take with me forever.

4th grade was a whirlwind with student council elections, the school play, and learning how to write those awful five paragraph essays. Do you remember how we celebrated when Aiden amazingly won the role of lead singing dentist in the musical? His towering stack of dental puns had us laughing for weeks afterwards.

Then this past year, 5th grade was a blur of state testing, the kickball championship (congratulations again to Ms. Ryder's homeroom!), and preparing for middle school. It was a stressful time, but we made it through together by leaning on each other. I'll never forget those all-night study sessions fueled by way too many Sour Patch Kids.

Through all of the ups and downs, achievements and failures, these past six years have been an incredible journey that has

shaped who we are. We've learnt so much, grown taller, grown braver, and hopefully grown kinder too. The teachers, staff, and lessons of Oakdale Elementary will forever be a part of us. As we prepare to go our separate ways, moving on to different middle schools, cities, or even states, I know our bonds will never be broken. We'll still see each other at the pool over the summer. We can keep in touch over text, social media, or even - gasp! - phone calls. Maybe we can even have the occasional reunion when we're back home from college someday. Wherever we go from here, we'll always be Oakdale Otters for life!

So to all my dear friends, thank you for making these past six years so incredible. The memories we've made will get me through any challenges that come my way. Though we may physically go our separate paths, you will forever hold a special place in my heart. Never forget how talented, kind, goofy, creative, passionate, and downright awesome you all are. This isn't a goodbye, it's a \"See you later!\" I already can't wait for our 10-year reunion. Love always, [Your Name]

Dear Classmates,

I can't believe the time has finally come for us to graduate from elementary school! It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny kids showing up for our first day of kindergarten, scared but excited to start this crazy journey called school. Now here we are, about to walk across that stage and head off to middle school as not-so-tiny people anymore.

This past year in 6th grade has been one I'll never forget. We've been through so much together as a class, from the highs of winning awards and participating in fun events, to the lows of dealing with all that homework and studying for tests. Through it all, we've had each other's backs and made so many amazing memories.

Remember that time we went on our big 6th grade field trip to the science museum? I'll never forget how we all screamed bloody murder when they let loose those cockroaches in the insect exhibit (well, except for Eric who thought it was the coolest thing ever). Or how about when we put on our classical musical concert and Mary's violin solo was so beautiful that it made Mr. Davis cry tears of pride? Who could forget our incredible kickball

team that made it all the way to the championship game before that totally unfair call by the referee? We may have been robbed of the title, but we'll always be champions in my heart. Most of all, I'll cherish the memories of just being kids together - joking around at lunch, playing basketball at recess, having conversations about our big dreams for the future. We've grown up so much these past seven years, but I hope we'll never totally lose that sense of youthful joy and innocence that made elementary school so special.

To all my friends, thank you for making these last seven years so incredible. Alex, thank you for being the funniest person I know and always managing to make me laugh even on my worst days. Julia, your kindness and compassion have touched so many of us - you're going to change the world someday, I just know it. Michael, your athletic talent and competitive spirit have inspired all of us couch potatoes to get out and try new sports. Zoe, your artistic skills have turned our classroom into a vibrant gallery, and you've taught us that there's beauty in everything around us if we just open our eyes to it.

To all the amazing teachers who have guided us, thank you for your patience, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to helping us kids succeed. Mrs. Williams, your passion for reading

ignited my own love affair with books that will last forever. Mr. Garcia, you showed us that math could actually be fun (I know, my friends didn't believe it either until you came along). Mrs. Johnson, your science experiments and interactive lessons sparked our curiosity about the incredible world around us. And of course, Mrs. Thompson, our 6th grade teacher - you went above and beyond to make this final year of elementary school so special for us, and we'll be forever grateful for your nurturing spirit that allowed us to blossom and get ready for the next phase.

As we go our separate ways to different middle schools across town, I know that our bonds can never truly be broken. We've been through too much together - the tears, the laughs, the life lessons, the endless recesses trying to avoid getting stuck in the dodgeball war. No matter how much time passes or how far away we may move, you'll always be my very first real friends in this world. A part of my heart will forever belong here at Oakwood Elementary.

While I'm sad to see this chapter closing, I'm also incredibly excited for the new adventures that await us in middle school and beyond. Who knows where we'll end up or what amazing things we'll go on to accomplish in life? I have no doubt that the

leaders, scientists, artists, athletes, and changemakers of tomorrow are sitting here in this very room. The world better watch out, because we're coming for it full force!

So let's savor these final days together and make them count. Let's play one more classic game of groundies at recess. Let's swap more funny stories about that time Billy accidentally brought his baby sister's pacifier to school instead of his lunch. Let's give Mrs. Thompson another round of cheers to show our appreciation for being the best teacher ever. Most importantly, let's cherish every last moment we have as Oakwood Eagles and soak in the magic of this place one final time before we have to let it go.

I'll miss you all more than you'll ever know, but I also know that this is just the beginning of our life journeys. No matter where we go or what twists and turns we face, we'll always have the unbreakable foundation of our Oakwood family to stand on. Thank you for giving me a childhood I'll forever look back on with immense gratitude and joy. You are, and will always be, my people. Love,

[Your name]

Dear Classmates,

Can you believe our elementary school days are already coming to an end? It feels like just yesterday we were those tiny kids walking through those big doors for the first time on our very first day of school. Remember how scared yet excited we all were? Who would have thought that six years later, we'd be preparing to graduate and head off to middle school as the (somewhat) grown-up students we are now?

It's been quite the journey, hasn't it? We've learned so much, grown so much, and experienced so many things together over these past six years. I'll never forget all the fun times we've shared in and out of the classroom. From the epic dodgeball games at recess to the incredible school plays to the

unforgettable field trips to that hugely messy (but amazingly fun) baking experiment in HomeEc class - we've made so many wonderful memories.

Remember that time in 2nd grade when we had to put on that crazy skit about the three little pigs for the whole school? None of us knew our lines and we just made it up as we went along. It was a mess, but we all laughed so hard that day. Or what

about in 4th grade when we went on that camping trip and got caught in that huge thunderstorm? We were all so scared, but we stuck together and sang silly songs to keep our spirits up until the rain finally stopped.

There were so many great lessons and projects we got to do too. Like when we raised those butterflies from caterpillars in science class and then got to release them into the wild. Or the time we put on that huge \"Around the World\" party and got to share food, music and traditions from our different cultures. We learned so much about each other and how to embrace our diversity.

Most importantly, we learned some critical life lessons throughout elementary school - lessons about friendship, kindness, perseverance and believing in ourselves. We learned to be good people and good friends to one another. When someone was having a hard time or was being picked on, we had each other's backs. We stuck up for each other. We learned that it's ok to make mistakes, as long as we learn from them and keep trying our best.

We've been through so much together these past six years. The good times, the hard times, the easy times, the tough times - we experienced all of it side-by-side. We really did become like

one big family, looking out for one another along the way. I'm going to miss seeing all of your smiling faces in the halls every day. But no matter where we all end up in middle school and beyond, I know the bonds we formed will never be broken. To Sara, thanks for always making me laugh with your hilarious jokes and funny faces when I was feeling down. To Michael, thanks for being such a loyal friend and for sticking up for me that time I was being bullied. To Emma, thanks for your endless encouragement and for pushing me to always try my hardest, even when I didn't think I could do it. To every single one of you, thank you for being such an important part of my life for the past six years. You all mean so much to me.

While I'm excited to start this next chapter, I'm sad to be leaving elementary school behind. This place, and all of you, will forever hold a special place in my heart. No matter how old we get or how far apart life takes us, I'll never forget the amazing times we had and the incredible people you all are.

Thank you for filling my elementary days with so much laughter, love and irreplaceable friendship. You all made this experience something I'll cherish forever. I'll miss you all dearly, but I have no doubt our paths will cross again someday.

Wherever life takes you, never forget how brightly you shine and how beautifully unique you all are. Don't ever stop believing in yourselves and reaching for your wildest dreams. Take on middle school, high school, college and beyond with the same courage, compassion and joy for life you demonstrated daily in elementary school.

I love you all to the moon and back! Your friend always, [Your Name]
