战胜英语单词遗忘的策略

学英语必须要背单词。但为什么有的人能掌握上万单词，有的人背起单词来却头昏脑胀、边背边忘，以致很快失去了学英语的兴趣和信心？答案在于记忆是有规律的，只有遵循规律、战胜遗忘才能更好的记忆。 我们对付遗忘的战略是：

1、循环记忆——校正遗忘曲线

2、科学分组记忆——利用“魔数之七”原理 3、语境记忆——6篇文章贯通本书词汇

一、循环记忆——校正遗忘曲线

德国心理学家艾宾浩斯编制了一些无意义音节作为记忆材料，反复背诵这些材料，当刚能背诵时就暂时放到一边，这时记忆的材料随着时间的流逝发生遗忘，以至于不能背诵或不能够全部背诵。然后再进行第二次学习，达到同第一次一样能背诵的程度。比较这两次背诵所用的时间，并以第二次背诵比第一次背诵所节省的时间量作为衡量记忆保持的一种指标。

下面是根据实验数据绘成的曲线，即著名的“艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线”

图中竖轴表示学习中记住的知识数量，横轴表示时间(天数)，曲线表示记忆量变化规律。

由艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线可知，及时复习成为巩固学习成果、抑制遗忘的首选策略。

二、科学分组记忆——利用“魔数之七”原理

美国心理学家G·米勒通过测定得出一般成人的短时记忆平均值。米勒发现：人的记忆广度平均数为7，即大多数人一次最多只能记忆七个的“块”，因此数字“7”被人们称为“魔数之七”。我们利用这一规律，将短时记忆量控制在七个之内，从而科学使用大脑，是记忆稳步推进。

三、 语境记忆——6篇文章贯通本书词汇

单词是死的，句子才是活的！！！

历来心理学家和语言学家都强调在一定语言环境中记忆词汇的必要性和重要性。但是在实际的学习中，很多人只是孤立的死记硬背，不仅枯燥乏味，而且很多单词记住了，却不知道如何运用。
